I'm Cody, and everything here runs under the name Cody Walsh Golf: the site, the books and the membership. My email is [email protected].
About the books
Do you mail me a book?
No, the books are PDFs. Nothing gets shipped. You can buy one at a time or grab the 3-book collection.
Hotmart emails you the link after you buy. You can always open your books at consumer.hotmart.com, signing in with the email you used.
It's a personal licence. You can read it and print a copy for yourself. Please don't share it, resell it, upload it or copy it for anybody else.
Paying for it
Who takes the money?
Hotmart's a payment platform, and it runs the secure checkout. Hotmart processes your payment and is the seller of record at checkout.
You can use a card, PayPal or Apple Pay. The price is whatever the checkout shows. Hotmart's got its own terms and privacy policy too.
How the membership works
How does the membership billing work?
Cody Walsh Golf Membership sends letters by email: an old-school drill every week, and more. Write back with questions anytime.
You get 7 days free. Then it's charged monthly till you cancel.
Head to consumer.hotmart.com to cancel. Open the membership, tap payment settings, then hit cancel subscription. Or email me and I'll help. Canceling doesn't refund months you've already paid.
Mind your body
Is this gonna be hard on my back?
Golf's a physical game. Check with your doctor before you start any new exercise, and stop if anything hurts.
What I teach is general golf instruction. It's not medical advice.
No promises on yards
Will I hit it like I'm 30 again?
Everybody's different, so results vary. Can't promise you yards or scores. Nobody honest can.
The pictures
Is that a photo of you on the site?
Those pictures of me are illustrations.
Whose stuff it is
Can I pass my book around to my buddies?
Please don't. Every book, letter, bit of text and picture here belongs to Cody Walsh Golf. It's all for your personal use only.
If things go sideways
Who's on the hook if something goes wrong?
As far as the law lets me, I'm not responsible for indirect losses. The most I'm responsible for, in total, is what you paid.
Nothing here takes away rights the law gives you as a consumer.
