Ask within 15 days of buying and you get all your money back, no questions asked.

How do I ask for my money back?

Three ways. Use the refund link in your Hotmart purchase email. Or log in at consumer.hotmart.com and open up the purchase.

Or email [email protected] with the email you bought with.

When does the money land?

Back on the same card or PayPal you paid with. Banks usually show it in 5 to 10 business days.

Will I get charged if I cancel in the free week?

Nope. Cancel in the first 7 days and you pay nothing.

Is the membership covered too?

The first payment is. The 15-day money-back guarantee covers it.

Where do I go to cancel?

To consumer.hotmart.com, anytime. Open the membership, hit payment settings, then cancel subscription. Or email me and I'll help.

Letters keep coming till the end of the month you paid for. No more charges after that.

If I unsubscribe, am I still paying?

Yes. Unsubscribing just stops the emails. To stop the payments, cancel at consumer.hotmart.com.

I got a charge I didn't expect. Can you help?

Email me within 15 days of that charge, whether you forgot to cancel or it was a mistake. I'll look into it.

Refunds on later payments aren't automatic.

What if it's been longer than 15 days?

The guarantee window's closed by then. But if something's wrong, write me anyway.
