Hey y'all. Privacy pages usually read like the warranty card in a VHS box. I wrote this one the way I'd explain it to you at the range.
Short and sweet
- Zero ad cookies, zero trackers, zero analytics. Just the pages.
- Hotmart runs checkout. I never lay eyes on your card.
- I don't sell or rent your info. Ever.
- One click on any email and they stop.
- Want to see or delete your data? Email [email protected].
Who's on the other end of this site?
That'd be Cody Walsh Golf. Same name on the site, the books and the membership.
Write to [email protected] about anything at all.
Are y'all tracking me when I read the site?
No sir, no ma'am. Nobody asks you to make an account, and there's no sign-up form.
No advertising cookies, no tracking pixels, no Google or Facebook trackers, no analytics scripts.
Cloudflare's the host. It processes your IP address to get the pages to you and keep them protected.
I clicked a link under your video. What did that tell you?
My /go/ links, “?src=” codes and QR codes log the time, which video or link you used, which page you landed on, and your country.
They also log a scrambled code made from your IP address. The IP address itself never gets stored, and that code can't be turned back into it. It just shows me which videos are helping folks.
One little cookie hangs around for 30 days. All it does is remember which version of the book page you saw, so it stays the same if you come back. That's the only cookie on this site. Hotmart's checkout sets its own cookies, and those follow Hotmart's policy.
When I buy a book, do you see my card?
No. Hotmart collects your name, email, billing and payment details on its checkout. Your card number? Never see it.
Hotmart sends me your email, what you bought, the price, your country and the video or link you came from. On book orders, I keep a scrambled version of your email, not the real thing.
What do you keep if I sign up for the membership?
Hotmart passes along your name, email, country, time zone, membership status and dates, plus which video or link brought you. I keep that to send your letters.
The letters let me know if they got delivered and which links got clicked.
I started checking out and quit. Are you gonna email me?
Could be. If a checkout isn't finished, or the payment doesn't go through, Hotmart may send me your name and email. I might send up to two reminder emails.
Click once and they quit. If you already bought, I won't write you about it.
If I write you, what do you keep?
Your message and your email, so I can write back. The full raw copy of the email gets deleted after 90 days.
The text sticks around so we can keep the conversation going.
Does AI help you write back?
Sometimes. An AI writing assistant may help me draft replies so y'all hear back faster. Your message gets used for that, and that's it.
So what do you do with all this?
Deliver your books and letters, answer questions, handle refunds, and figure out which videos help.
Once in a while I'll tell you about other Cody Walsh Golf books. Each one's got an unsubscribe link.
You're not selling my info, are you?
No sir. I never sell or rent personal information, and I never share it for advertising.
Who else touches my info?
Hotmart does payments, book delivery and membership billing. Resend handles sending my emails. Cloudflare hosts the site, stores my data and gets the email folks send me.
Each of them has its own privacy policy.
How do I quit the emails, or get my data deleted?
Hit the one-click unsubscribe link in any email, or just reply “unsubscribe”.
Anywhere in the US, California included, you can ask to see, correct or delete your data. Email [email protected], and you'll hear back within 30 days.
Hotmart keeps its own purchase records, like the law requires.
How long do you hold onto it?
Membership info stays while you're a member, until you ask me to delete it.
If you unsubscribe, I only keep a scrambled “do not email” note so you never get emailed again. Order records hang around as long as the law says.
Is this for kids?
Nope. My books and membership are made for grown-ups. I don't knowingly gather data from kids under 13.
Will you tell me if this changes?
I'll update this page and put a new “Last updated” date on it.

Swing easy, y'all. — Cody
